The Sims 4 - Cats & Dogs, Rags to Riches: Pet Store Challenge

- FUNCTIONAL LARGE/SMALL BEDS AND HOUSE - CATS AND DOG by Thiago Mitchell

DLCs Required:

- Get to Work 

- Cats and Dogs, Get to Work, My First Pet Stuff

-*Optional* Spa Day Stuff (Fish Tanks), Outdoor Retreat ( Camping Gear)

Rules:

SIM) Your sim must start out on an empty lot with $0. NO CHEAT MODS ARE ALLOWED TO BE USED UNLESS TO SUBTRACT MONEY WHEN A GLITCH OCCURS.

PROGRESS) To build the store, you are required to have the following: 2 pets (adopted/strays), 10 frogs, $3,000, all basic necessities, and 1 low wage job until the store is completely built (if promoted, sim must quit and find another job).

STORE GOALS) To complete store goals you must:

- The store must sell small pets, such as hamsters, frogs, and fish

-  Be 100% profitable (no debt by the 300th business day of each store)

- Have a pet store franchise of 1 store in at least 3 different worlds

- At least 3 employees at each store

SIM GOALS) To complete the ENTIRE challenge your must have:

- 1 Spouse and Child (Unless playing w/ multiplayer mod, in that case adopt or try for a baby together)

- Have max level gardening, pet training, and charisma skills

- Your Sims pets both need to give birth to offspring

- Your must have put at least 10 full grown cats and/or dogs up for adoption

- All pets are healthy and regularly groomed, walked, and taken to the vet at least twice a week

- $75k - $300k in Household Funds

- A home with a minimum of 3 Bedrooms and completely furnished

- Small Flourishing Garden

STORE REQUIREMENTS (To Operate): The store must have:

- Grooming Salon (to clean pets)

- Sell Pet Beds

- Sell Animal themed clothing, costumes

-  Sell Pet Houses

- Minimum of 3 Hamsters, 10 frogs, and 3 fish for sale each business day (If you don't have "My First Pet Stuff" double the amount of frogs)

- All things required to make a retail store

- Sell Pet products such as food, litter boxes, etc.

- Be Colorful, Fun, and Pet Themed

- Have pet friendly lot traits so pets can visit

- Be accessible to kittens & puppies

CC Pet clutter and items can also be sold for variety
